How voting works

Voting power
EQX measures token balances just after voting closes. Your voting power is the shares your tokens represent at that moment.

Sign
Choose For, Against or Abstain on each item and sign with your wallet. Signing is free and sends no transaction. You can change your instruction until voting closes.

EQX votes
When voting closes, EQX instructs the custodians to vote the shares as holders instructed. Shares without an instruction are not voted.
